Your booking will be confirmed via email/sms within two business days.
Please carefully read and agree to each of the following conditions before making your booking.

I consent to the collection of my personal information in accordance with the Terms and Disclaimer of Privacy Statement Notice
I will only place items on the nature strip 24 hours prior and before 4am of my confirmed collection date.
Items placed outside of this timeframe may be deemed as illegal dumping and subject to penalties.
I WILL ensure all items placed out for collection are:

Neatly arranged on the nature strip so that no items will fall onto the road or footpath.
Small loose items in boxes, bags or containers to prevent litter.
Bundled and tied or bagged (if garden organics) to a length no longer than 1.5 metres.
In accordance with the size restriction of 2 cubic metres. Different size restrictions apply for apartment complex bookings. Contact Council for more information.
Not too heavy, no longer than 2 metres and is able to be lifted by 2 people.
Limited to a maximum of 2 mattresses per booking.

"Failure to comply with the above conditions may lead to missed or incomplete collection and the loss of a kerbside collection entitlement"

I WILL NOT place any of the following items out for Clean-up:

Hazardous materials such as: paint, chemicals, solvents, batteries, oils, gas bottles, smoke detectors and fire extinguishers
Mirrors and glass items such as windows, shower screens, and glass tabletops
Car parts, car bodies, engine blocks and tyres
Decaying matter and general household garbage
Trade or commercial waste including liquid or business waste
Building or construction waste including, but not limited to:

Asbestos, fibro, plaster board, insulation batts
Dirt, sand, stones, bricks, concrete, tiles
Solar panels
Timber pallets

"Any non-compliant items placed out for collection will NOT be collected and must be taken back into the property within 24hours of clean-up.
Contact Council or visit Recycling Near You for correct disposal."

Cancellations or rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule your booking, you must contact Council at least 5 working days prior to your collection date.
If you cancel or reschedule after this time, you will loose one of your annual collections.
